From crop tops and cardigans to cosplay costumes and enamel pins, we’ve got everything to make your fashion dreams come true. Don’t forget our super cute tech accessories like Airpods cases and phone cases to complete your look!

Our magical fashion headquarters is nestled at 1328 Tuckerman Street Northwest, Washington, US 20011. But don’t worry – we sprinkle our kawaii magic worldwide (except some Asian countries and remote areas where our magic portal hasn’t reached yet)!

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. For our magical shoppers who prefer digital payments, we also accept PayPal! All payments are processed through our secure fairy-tale portal to keep your information safe.

Absolutely! We treat your payment information with the same care we’d give a rare kawaii treasure. Our checkout process is protected by powerful security spells (aka encryption technology) to ensure your details are safe from any fashion villains.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

📦 What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two magical shipping options:

✨ Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Carried by our fairy godmothers DHL or FedEx, your package will arrive in 10-15 days after shipping.

🎀 Free Shipping (orders over $50): Your treasures will be delivered by our magical unicorn (aka EMS) in 15-25 days after shipping!
⏳ How long does order processing take?
Our team of kawaii specialists spends 1-2 business days preparing your order with love! This includes gently folding your items, adding surprise extras (shh!), writing you a handwritten thank-you note, and performing our signature “squeal test” to ensure everything is perfect.
🌎 Where do you ship to?
We ship our kawaii treasures worldwide*! Our fashion spells reach North America, Europe, Australia, and most parts of South America. (*Please note we currently can’t deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas where our magic portal hasn’t reached yet.)

The moment your order ships, we’ll send you:

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

💔 What is your return policy?
While we hope every piece makes your heart flutter, if something isn’t absolutely perfect:

– You have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return
– Items must be unworn with tags attached (like new!)

Please note that sale items and accessories may have different return policies – check the product page for details!
🔄 Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we only offer returns for store credit or refunds. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the item you’d prefer. This way, you can be sure your dream kawaii piece won’t sell out while waiting for an exchange!
⏱️ How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, our kawaii quality fairies will inspect it (usually within 3-5 business days). If everything checks out, your refund will be processed immediately! Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
