🎀 Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (we can tell if you’ve had a secret fashion show!)
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • In the same condition you received it (no stains, makeup marks, or pet hair please!)

🚫 Non-Returnable Kawaii Items

Some of our most magical items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All earrings and hair accessories (to keep our kawaii community safe)
  • Cosplay wigs (they’re too special to return!)
  • Sale items (these are final sale cuties)
  • Personalized items (made just for you!)

✨ How to Return Your Items

Step 1: Contact Our Kawaii Fairies

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the items you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Magical Instructions

Our customer care fairies will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return approval
  • Return shipping address
  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (original packaging is best!) and ship to:

Important: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

💖 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be responsible for customs fees on returned items.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email you want an exchange and specify the new item/size
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  5. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
