    – Carrier: EMS (for orders over $50)
    – Cost: FREE!
    – Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

💖 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your kawaii purchases! If something isn’t perfect, our return fairies are here to help.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed (we can tell if you’ve had a secret fashion show!)
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be in the same condition you received it (no stains, makeup marks, or pet hair please!)

🚫 Non-Returnable Kawaii Items

Some of our most magical items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All earrings and hair accessories (to keep our kawaii community safe)
  • Cosplay wigs (they’re too special to return!)
  • Sale items (these are final sale cuties)
  • Personalized items (made just for you!)

Step 1: Contact Our Kawaii Fairies

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the items you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Magical Instructions

Our customer care fairies will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return approval
  • Return shipping address
  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (original packaging is best!) and ship to:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be responsible for customs fees on returned items.
